Welcome to Zach’s Garden
Many people don’t realize how easy it is to grow some of your own produce and supplement your grocery shopping with a short trip to your windowsill. In Zach’s Garden, you’ll find stories and information about the fruits, vegetables, herbs, and other plants I grow year-round, indoors and out. The benefits of container gardening aren’t strictly limited to growing food; plants clean the air, help maintain comfortable humidity levels, brighten any room, and help make your house a home.

With our long winters, many people don't realize that you can keep things like dwarf citrus trees growing year-round by bringing them indoors before the first frost. I hope this site inspires you to try out your green thumb.
